The NRS Referral Services System

STEP 1

Transfer your license to NRS with the assistance of our NRS Servicing Department.

STEP 4

Meet with your partner sales associate and their Sales Manager to review your list of prospects.

STEP 7

Keep in touch with your prospects and with the sales associate partner handling your referrals. Don’t forget to re-refer your clients when they are selling a property previously purchased with your assistance.

STEP 2

Choose a full-time active sales associate as your partner to service your client referrals. You may already know an associate with whom you would like to work, or if you need guidance in setting up a referral partnership, we can assist you.

STEP 5

Create a communications plan with your partner. It may include an introductory letter announcing your new partnership, newsletter, e-cards, market updates, etc.

STEP 8

Continue to learn and stay current with ideas to generate a steady stream of real estate commissions. We post timely information to help you increase your opportunities for residual income.

STEP 3

Create (or update) your list of past clients, family, friends and associates who you believe may need a real estate agent recommendation in the future.

STEP 6

Ask for referrals! Remind your family & friends that you are their “go to” resource for recommendation of a top-quality real estate professional. Keep in mind that local referrals may only be made to active Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach Sales Associates.
